While working across the table from Zoran on a multinational transaction, he impressed me with his tirelessness, creativity and intelligence. He is a diligent and results-oriented executive with an incisive appreciation of complex business negotiations and projects. Zoran has strong project management skills and a sense of initiative that generate results.

Zoran is a great project manager with good overview and good 'trouble shooting' capacities, reliable and good value for money. No request is to much for him and he is always searching for a solution. Problems do not exist, in his view there are only challenges.

Zoran is an absolutely reliable person, when he was managing NCP Shipyard, he has shown strong diplomatic negotiation and management skills. At the time I took over the position of MD, Zoran was Technical Manager at AD Boats Shipyard. Highly focused, capable of handling several projects simultaneously, yet with "broad picture" in front of him, Zoran was one of the most precious assets company had at that time. He was one of the few key team members who participated in all phases of design and build of award-winning boat Salona 37, winner of European and US Yacht of the year 2007. Zoran is very ambitious and goal oriented person with highly developed soft skills, a colleague I could recommend with full confidence.
